Twilight Wednesday - race 8
28th May 25. The wild winds of Sunday were absent tonight, as very light winds meant the Twilight race was another challenging one. Jeremy (Lightning) made a great starboard tack start at the port end of the line. Simon and Julie (Miracle) and Matt (Solo) managed to find a gap and sneak through on port tack. Sunday 25th May The race report today is from the pen of Sara Bell. A feisty met office forecast for today saw the number of boats rigging for todays May regatta diminished to 9. Shotwick Legend Dave Turtle popped back to the lake on Wednesday night to take part in race 7 of the Twilight Series.
